“I do a session with Sam twice a week to improve my overall tone and fitness level. He is great at working around my injuries (and dogs!) but also advises how to use exercise and stretching to aid recovery. He is always fun - even when telling you to push harder or faster! Haha and i like his approach to 6 week programmes with measurements at the end of each one to keep it fresh and motivate me by seeing the success."
